- similar to a bath, but w/ no water and not in the tub; to relax your mind and not hurt your brain.
- light a candle that smells oh-so-good, put on some soothing music (voices of Norah Jones and Michael Bublé seem to be just right), and lie in your bed and do/watch absolutely nothing.
- stress-free.
